Privacy Policy
Last updated August 21, 2026
This policy explains what Rocky Mountain Home Innovations LLC (“we”) collects when you use rockymountainhomeinnovations.com, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
Information you give us
When you complete the instant estimator, we collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your ZIP code
- The services, quantities, and finish level you selected, and the estimate produced
We use this to prepare your quote, contact you about your project, and keep a record of the work we’ve quoted. We do not sell your personal information.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically receive your IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. If you arrive from an advertisement, we also receive the campaign identifiers attached to that link (for example fbclid, gclid, and utm_* parameters).
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs and to show ads to people likely to be interested in our services. This means:
- Meta receives events describing actions taken on this site — for example that a page was viewed, that the estimator was started, and that an estimate request was submitted.
- Some of those events are sent from your browser and some are sent from our server. Both carry the same event identifier so Meta counts them once.
- When you submit the estimator, we send Meta an irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address, phone number, name, and ZIP code so it can match the conversion to an ad. Meta does not receive these in readable form from us.
- Meta may set and read cookies on your device (including
_fbpand_fbc).
Meta’s own handling of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can manage ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block the pixel entirely with browser privacy settings or an ad blocker — the site works normally either way.
Calls and text messages
By submitting the estimator and checking the consent box, you agree that we may call and text the number you provided about your project, including using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or tell us on a call to be removed from our list.
Service providers
We share information with a small number of vendors who process it on our behalf:
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs
- Twilio — delivering the text message that notifies our team of your request
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, as described above
Retention
We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to quote, perform, and warrant the work, and to meet our tax and legal record-keeping obligations. Server logs are retained on a rolling short-term basis by our host.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling (239) 826-9514 or emailing estimates@rockymountainhomeinnovations.com. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising — contact us at the same address and we will honor it.
Children
This site is for adults arranging home improvement work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the homepage.
