The estimate is an estimate

The instant estimator returns a labor cost range calculated from the quantities and finish level you enter. It is not a quote, a bid, or a contract, and no binding price exists until we give you a written quote after confirming the details of your project — usually by phone and an on-site measurement.

The range assumes, among other things:

• Quantities you provide are approximately accurate
• The work area is accessible and reasonably clear
• The subfloor, walls, and framing are sound and need no unexpected repair
• Materials are on site and suitable for the installation

Unless we say otherwise in writing, our rates cover labor only. Materials, permits, disposal, and unforeseen repairs are quoted separately.

Service area

We accept projects within approximately 100 miles of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The ZIP check in the estimator is an approximation; we’ll confirm on the call.

Accurate information

Please submit your own contact details and don’t use the estimator to submit someone else’s information or to send us automated or abusive traffic. We may decline or remove any submission.

Availability

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Rocky Mountain Home Innovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit our obligations under any signed contract for work performed, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts serving El Paso County, Colorado.
